How to Use
- Select a 3D solid from the dropdown.
- Drag on the canvas to rotate the shape.
- Use the sliders to adjust rotation and zoom.
- Tick Wireframe only to see only edges.
- Tick Show axes to see X (red), Y (green), Z (blue) axes.
- Enable Cross-section plane and move the plane up/down with the slider to see different slices.
The cross-section lines show the shape of the slice:
circles, rectangles, triangles, rings, etc. This is very useful for senior classes when
discussing solids of revolution, volumes, and 3D geometry.
